RECOMMENDATION:

“ _That we purchase a new. time clock for the.Old Arena.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

For the last couple of years we have had tremendous problems.
with the time clock in the Old Arena. We are constantly —

repairing this Clock; however, it Still keeps breaking down.
Presently it works very sporatically.

We have received many complaints from the user groups as you
can see from the attached letters. Several major tournaments
are forthcoming in 1984; the Bantam Tournament, the Ringette

$8,000 has been put in the 19984 Operating budget to purchase
@ new clock. In conjunction with the time clock we will
