RECOMMENDATION: That City Council APPROVE subdividing the
residential dupiex building located at 997-999

Lincoln Avenue.

APPLICANTS INTENSION: To subdivide the property go the parents
and chiidren will have Separate title

for their dwellings.

COMMENTS
1) This application is to change the legal tenure of the

Subject property, it does not entail a change of use for the
property.

2) As the property is owner occupied and will not be changed
from one use to another a recommendation of approval is being
put forward.
