That street lighting not be extended in the vicinity of
Fraser Avenue and Flint Street at this time.

From the City Engineer, July 21st, 1982 regarding Stop signs
on Newberry Street at Fraser Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Laking:

Seconded by Alderman Muldoon:

That Council approve the installation of a two-way stop on
Newberry Street at Fraser Avenue.
Carried.
Alderman Muldoon then requested that Item No. 8 on the Agenda
regarding streeting lighting in the vicinity of Fraser Avenue and
Flint Street be reconsidered at this time.

That Item No. 8 on the Agenda being the City Engineer's July
21st, 1982 memorandum regarding street lighting at Fraser Avenue
and Flint Street, be reconsidered at this time.

Aldermen Gates and Wright voted against the resolution.

Alderman Muldoon then asked for clarification of the costs
involved and the Assistant City Engineer was able to provide the
requested information.

That the City Engineer's July 21st, 1982 memorandum regarding
streeting lighting at Fraser Avenue and Flint Street be referred

to the Public Works Committee for further study.
