Dear Sir:

Further to our conversation of this date we. would
like to submit our application for the erection or.
placement of a temporary structure on our property.

Please consider our proposal as follows:

1. Our congregation is presently housed for religious
services and education on Cameron Ave, Port Coquitlam, B. C.

2. We are currently in the early stages of initiating
construction of a new Chapel in Maple Ridge.

3. Until our new facility, which we hope to complete
within a year and a half, is completed we are faced with
& space shortage in our present facility.

4. WE PROPOSE THAT WE BE GIVEN A PERMIT TO PLACE A

PORTABLE TYPE CLASSROOM UNIT ON THE CAMERON AVE PROPERTY
MPORARY BASIS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE

NEW FACILITY IS COMPLETED; WITHIN ONE AND ONE HALF YEARS.

5. IT IS PROPOSED THAT THIS STRUCTURE BE LOCAYED EITHER
ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PRESENT BUILDING, OR ON THE WEST
SIDE NEAR THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY (see attached drawing)
