The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, February 18th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m,
to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1732: to rezone Lot 77, North West Quarter of

Section 6, Township 40, Plan 33655, New Westminster District,

from CS-1 to C-2,

this property is located at 3310 Coast Meridian Road and it is

expected that the existing commercial building on the property

will be demolished and that a new one storey commercial building
with 3,460 square feet of retail space will be constructed
following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents may be
Inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on
working days, February 7th, 1980 to February 18th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

' proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing. on matters contained in the by-law.
