That as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Committee, January
30th, 1980 the application to rezone the property addressed as 2532
Kingsway Avenue to M-1 be denied.

Carried.

Tt was agreed by the Council that the applicant could apply for M-3

zoning if he so wished.

From the Planning and Zoning Committee, February 26th. 1980 recommending

pending on this property.
From the Street Naming Committee, February 29th, 1980 recommending Street Naniing

Feb. 29/80
that "Campbell Avenue" be used for the new street in the subdivision re Campbell &

Valens,
north of Pitt River Road and west of Columbia Avenues and "Valens Street"
be used for the connector street between Anderson Way and Warwick Avenue

in the subdivision north of Brown Street,
