Cnee again the Port Coquitlam Toy Scouts are planning their
annual 'Apple Day'. I hereby request permission of the City
Council to hold this fund raising event on Octoher 1? and 14,
197%, The event will be operate? in the same manner as in

past years. .
At this time I would also like to request permission for us
to post a banner on the Shaughnessy Street underpass to aid
in promoting this event. The dates we would require to have
the banner posted are October 2 through 14,. 127%,
