We would be pleased to administer the @ ive advertising within the existing
aid proposed arenas known as the Port R entre.” ;

° firm is prepared to supply you with two scoreboard clocks for these arenas,
well as, a large “Read - 0 - Graph" to be installed within the main lobby of
@ new complex. :

advertising income received. With the exception of that advertising space per-
taining specifically to the scoreboard clocks and the Read - 0 ~ Graph, we will
raquire.100% revenue to assist with financing these appliances.

in-return, we require the exclusive advertising rights within the existing and
proposea arenas for a period of five years with an option for a further five
year ‘period. ,

Me are intent upon marketing of advertisements to be placed around the perimeter
of the wall inside the arenas at a level approximating that of the existing score-
board, on the Zamboni or Zambonis, and could also use the perimeter boards of each

rink. .

You may elect not to.use the perimeter ice rink board at this time, if you so
desire. ; ; .

In addition, you may:be selective as to what advertisers or which products are
