Re: Right Turn Lane at Shaughnessy & Lougheed Highway

I have now received further information on this proposed lane
from Arnold Stewart in Victoria. Apparently the Ministry of Highways com-
pleted the acquisition of the property from the shopping centre on March
14th, 1979. However, the responsibility for construction of the lane was
not allocated and therefore nothing has been doné.

The process from this point on would be for a detailed design
to be done, the traffic signals relocated, and then the right turn lane
constructed.

I will check back at intervals to ensure that the project is
not forgotten again.
