A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw, 1991, No. 2578"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw, 1991,
No. 2578, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2922'

2. Section 8.1.4 (vi) of the "Port Coquitlam Fire prevention Bylaw, 1991, No. 2378" is
‘repealed and replaced with the following: |

"Inspections of buildings; other than those authorized
under the Fire Services Act. If a business licence is
issued, this amount will be applied to the first year
Business Licence fee."

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of July, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of July, 1994.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of July, 1994.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam this dayof  , 1994. |
