That this address be included in the City sanitary sewer and the G.V.R.D. sanitary sewer discharge area. Mr. Ken Wright, Director of Permits & Licences of City of Coquitlam, has made a request to the City of Port Coquitlam to permanently connect a 100 mm @ sanitary service, from Victoria Park Hall, into City of Port Coquitlam sanitary sewer system (See Figure 1), The sewage from Victoria Park Hall, currently, drains into a septic tank; however, the Simon Fraser Health Unit recommended that the existing septic tank be discontinued. The proposed discharge will have no significant impact on the City sanitary sewer system (2 washrooms). City. of Port Coquitlam forces will perform the connection work at an estimated cost of $4,365, all costs incurred by City forces will be charged to City of Coquitlam accordingly, Furthermore, the City will require the City of Coquitlam to pay an annual sewer user rate of $174.00.
