DISCUSSION: The proposed subdivision conforms to the Riverwood land use designations and road patterns. The Engineering Department notes that there are no services in proximity to this site that would enable subdivision at this time. Subdivision of land will take place only when services can be provided. There are several potential developments nearby including a private School on Dominion Avenue. A Business Park south of Dominion Avenue and a proposed 4 lot single family subdivision at 1145 Dominion Avenue.
