BYLAW NO. 2598

’

A Bylaw to authorize the rental of premises at 2390 Mary Hill Road.

The Municipal Couneil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City. of Port Coquitlam
hereby leases unto Daryl and Lara Conner and Erin Goldaby the lands
described in the Schedule "A" attached hereto for the period of time and ~
‘on the terms and subject to the conditions set out dn the Lease attached
hereto and marked Schedule "A".

2. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
are hereby authorized to sign and the said lease on behalf of the City and
to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2390
' Mary Hi11 Road). Authorization Bylaw, 1991, No. 2598"
