1) That Council defer decisions on all capital projects which are funded from

regarding Revisions to the Butlding and Plumbing Byalw 2568.

That the City Clerk be authorized to make the following revisions to Schedule
C, Part 6, Plumbing Permit Fees of the Building and Plumbing Bylaw No. 2568:

Section 6.1 add the wording “with a minimum fee of $50.00";

Subsection 6.1.2. change the fee from $11.70 to $14.80;

Subsection 6.1.3. change the fee from $11.70 to $14.80;
Subsection 6.1.4. delete the wording "with a minimum of $60.00";
Subsection 6.1.9. add the wording "water main installations";

change the fee from $1.75 per metre with a
minimum fee of $18.00 to 60¢ per meter;

Subsection 6.1.11. add the wording “within a building”;

change the fee from $1.75 per metre with a
minimum fee of $18.00 to 60¢ per meter.
