RECOMMENDATION :

THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lots 1
through 5, in D.L. 464, Grp 1 NWLD Plan 2286 from RS-1 to RM—&.

COMMENTS :

This application is to develop a 24 unit apartment complex. The proposal
conforms to the Zoning Bylaw. The building form is similar to other recent
apartment buildings constructed in the area. In the next block to the south
is a newly built apartment building. This area is designated for apartment
in the Official Community Plan.

In view of the factors mentioned above, approval for this project is

recommended.
