RECOMMENDATIONS:

THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lots 4 & 5
Plan 1330, & Lot 177 Plan 24065 DL 342 Group 1 NWD, from RS-3 Co RS-2 and

RM-3.

AND THAT final approval of the rezoning application be subject to the
developer's agreement. agreement is to contain provisions

installation of a dike and pedestrian walkway along the west property line
and normal engineering requirements for drainage, road construction

(including Shaughnessy Street) and utility services.

AND THAT the rezoning application be held to proceed with the Official
Community Plan Amendment Bylaw

development. Areas design
