That City Council approve relaxation of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 802 RS-1, Subsection (6) Rear Yard Setback requirements by 20 cm (8 inches) in the north east corner of the rear yard and 9 cm (3.5 inches) in the south west corner of the rear yard to permit a sun deck to be constructed for Lot 11, D.l. 232, Grp. 1, Plan 77049 COMMENTS : This application arose because the applicant found that their deck encroaches into the rear yard by 9 cm on one side and 20 cm on the other.
