SUBJECT: KINSMEN WATER PARK

Dear Larry,

The Kinsmen have a 4'x8' sign depicting Sun Valley as the future site of the
water park. Tt requests individuals interested in participating in the project,
contact the Port Coquitiam Kinsmen. The sign also has a thermometer indicating
the project cost at $60,000.00 with $15,000.00 raised to date.

L would like the city’s permission to post this sign in Sun Valley as early
as possible. We plan to invite the local newspaper to capture the sign posting
with a caption informing the community of our project.

We would be most appreciative..if your committee gave our request your approval
and recommendation to city council. —
