SUBJECT: 8th Annual Old Timers Thanksgiving Hockey
Tournament - October lOth, lith, 12th & 13th

That the Port Coquitlam Recreation Old Timers league be
permitted to have their annual Thanksgiving Tournament in
the PoCo Recreation Centre.

That the ice rental for October lOth, lith and 12th be at
50% of the commercial rates.

‘That on October 13th they pay the full commercial rate.

That the City of Port Coquitlam operate the concession for
this tournament and that the Old Timers not operate a
concession.

That the room rentals be waived.

year in hosting the tournaneygg be Re recommending that the
