Committe and indicated that the Marpole Avenue rezoning (by Frank Findlay) Hearing/re l-way
lane proposal

the downtown area which had been referred back to the Public Works

was not permitted to proceed to Public Hearing until a decision has been
reached with respect to the road patterns. Alderman Mabbett then
requested the permission of the Council to instruct the Clerk to proceed
with the arrangements for the Public Hearing, notwithstanding the fact

that the lane patterns have not yet been set.

That. with respect to rezoning application R#16/77, the City Clerk

.be instructed to proceed with the arrangements for a Public Hearing.
