DRAFT RESOLUTION FEB 18 i989

"THAT the third reading of By-law No. 1723 as given on the 17th day of
December, 1979 be rescinded;

THAT the second reading of. By-law No. 1723 as given on the 19th day of
Novettber, 1979 he rescinded;

THAT the said By-law No.’ 1723 be amended by repealing Section 2 thereof
and substituting the following therefor:

"2. The Comprehensive Development. Plan entitled "PoCo Place" prepared
by John J. McCormack, Architect, and comprising a Site Pian and
other details and dated for reference by the City Clerk on
February 18th, 1980, and on file in the office of the City Planner,
is deemed to be attached to and to form part of this By-law."

AND THAT the said By-law No. 1723, as amended, be read a second time."
