Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Traboulay atated he was opposed to rezoning the property Involved from M-3 to Mel, Alderman Keryluk asked for clartffeation on whether the residents were nocified of the proposed change and was advised that they were so advised. Alderman Keryluk then xatated he did not feel Couned? was dolog the peuple a dis-serviee with the rezoning proposed. Alderman Ranger atated in his opinion he did net feel the rezoning would cause any further problem to the residents and the traffic may be less with the Me3 zoning. Alderman Mabbett commented on the proposed buffer strip along Davies Street and stated thie fs fmportant for the area.
