Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam

Clty Nall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, May

29th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. te consider the following proposed by~law to

authorize issuance of -a Land Use Contract:

By-law Na. 1606: to authorize the Council to enter into

Land Use Contract with Werner Petersilic, 8617 ~- 10th Avenue,

Burnaby, B. C. in the form and to the extent set forth in

“Land Use Contract No. 26" which said Land Use Contract is

annexed to and made part of the by-law and the said Land Use

Contract No. 26 shail extend to and regulate the development

and use of land described as: :

Lot 4l and Lot 42, Block "Q", District Lot 466, Group One,

Plan 19410, New Westminster District. ,

The above noted property is located at 2860 and 2880 Oxford
Street and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 26 will permit the
land, buildings, and structures located or te be lecated chereat to be
used for certain uses permitted in the RM-4 (Maximum Density Apartment
Residential) zone as set out in the said Land Use Contract No. 26 in
order to permit the creation of a 12-unit townhouse strata title subdivision
and various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Contrcct concerning

‘subdivison of property, the size, shape and siting of buildings and structures

and various other matters.

A copy of the propesed by-law may be inspected in the office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, betwecn

the hours of 8:30 a.m, and 4:30 p.m. ~- on working cays - from May 18th, 1978

to May 29th, 1978,
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
