the considerable extra financing costs this previso will incur, the firm

has requested a change in procedure to permit the deposit of all funds

required for Park development and Offsite Servicing Costs along with

Letters of Credit for the Servicing Costs in the first phase with Letters

of Credit for subsequent states being deposited when the subdivigion

plans therefore are approved. Mr. A.P, Schellenberg, Project Manager

for Nu-West Development, was in attendance and spoke in support of a

letter from that firm dated February 4th, 1977, outlining a proposed

financing schedule for the project.

That with respect to Application R#14-73, the financing schedule in the
Land Use Contract covering the proposed subdivision project of Nu-West
Development Corporation Ltd., be changed as outlined in a letter from
that firm dated February 4th, 1977, to permit the deposit of all funds
required for the Park Development and Offsite Servicing costs along with
Letters of Credit for the Servicing Costs in the first phase of the
development, with Letters of Credit for subsequent stages being deposited
when the subdivision plans therefore are approved, Carried,

From the City Clerk, February 3rd, 1977, advising that following
the holding of the required Zoning Public Hearing on January 31st, 1977,

the new City Zoning By-law is now available for third reading.
