City Administrator. 2 a y s wine, ai Dear Sir: reser ' Re: ‘Water Connection ~ Hastings Junior Secondary School This is in reply to your letter of October 14, 1975 to Mr. C. Walker of our Engineering Department. This will service as an application for a'water service to serve the proposed Hastings Junior Secondary School ‘which will be located at the intersection of Hastings. Street and Lincoln Avenue. It is our understanding that the city will extend the water main on Hastings Street to the north boundary of Lincoln Avenue for the amount of $2,295.00. Since this’ co st will be absorbed by the School District, we would appreciate being advised if their are any further costs which may be incurred in supplying this water service, Will a meter be installed by the city and if so will there be additional charge involved. The Distiict of Coquitlam will be supplying the School Board with a metered domestic supply line as well as. an unmetered fire line. Since an application for a Building Permit has been made for the construction of this school and the permit cannot be issued until all charges have been paid with respect to Engineering costs, your prior attention to this matter would be appreciated. Yours truly, A. Phillips, P. Eng., Municipal agence BY? ROL. - a ce mee Ez. he Nownon,
