premises situate, lying and being a portion of Lot 3, of Lot F, of
the South-west Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster

District as shown on Registered Plan 16087. And which may be more
particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point on the East boundary of said Lot 3, said

point being 256.24 feet distant Southerly from the North-east
corner of said Lot 3,

Thence on a bearing of S68-40-50W a distance of 150.48 feet, more
or less, to an intersection with the Easterly boundary of Lot 302
as shown on Registered Plan 37515,

Thence on a bearing of $21-19-00E, following the Easterly boundary
of Lot 302, Plan 37515, a distance of 219.01 feet, more or less, to
the most Easterly corner of Lot 302, Plan 37515,

Thence on a bearing of N88-39-00E, following the North boundary of

Lot 399, as shown on Registered Plan 44809, a distance of 60.00

feet, more or less, to the North-east corner of Lot 399, Plan

44809,

Thence on a bearing of NOO-07-10E following the East boundary of

said Lot 3, a distance of 257.40 feet, more or less, to the point

of commencement,

And containing 0.555 acres, more or less.

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary documents therefor on behalf of the City and affix

the Corporate Seal thereto. Carried.

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Glerk be authorized to sign

the said Subdivision Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto. Carried.
