BROWNLIE — William Ford (Bltl)
born in Strathaven, Scotland passed
away on February 23 at Tarraceview
Lodge In his 86th yaar. A long time
member of the British Columbia
Lumber Industry, BHI moved to Ter-
race from Ghilllwack In 1962 as
supervisor at Skeena Forest Prod-
ucts, following years with Freeland
and Macken Sawmills at Chilliwack
and the Pacific Lumber Inspactlori
Bureau travelling throughout B.C.
Bill ls survived by his devoted wife of
§1 years, Mary; daughter Marylin
and Phil Davies of Terrace; the pride
of his life, granddaughter Melissa of
Chetwynd; nephew George Marshal!
and family of Kilmacolm, Scotland;
brother John Brownlie of Strat-
haven, Scotland. A Thanksgiving
Tea was held at the Davies’ home on
