And of course, Saint-Jean
Baptiste Day will happen on
June 24 in Terrace, once again
at the Heritage Park Museum.

We are also investigating
the possibility of doing some-
thing special in Haida Gwaii
(at Sk’aadgaa Naay Elemen-
tary, Skidegate) just before the
closure of the French Immer-
sion program on the Islands.
Sad, yes I know, but everyone
will have their say at the polls
in November 2018. Same thing
for those of you in Smithers! It
is pretty obvious that the only
way to implicate change in
our local communities is to get
new blood.

So yeah, 2018 is a year to
keep an eye on. For AFFNO.
For our schools. For our
School Boards. For our com-
munities.

We shall see how this plays
out!
