Engineering Department:

1. Sanitary sewers, storm sewer and watermain on Bradshaw to be extended
c/w service connections. Developers option to install service
connections for Future lots ~ would eliminace cutting into new
pavement etc. on Bradshaw.

B.C. Hydro and Tel ducts to be extended c/w service connections.

Bradshaw cul-de-sac to be constructed c/w curbs, gutter and boulevard.

Pitt River Rd. to be widened c/w barrier type curb and gutter,
sidewalk, boulevard and pole relocation.

5. Lot layout could be accepted provided access is legalized for future
development to the south.

6. Development cost charges will apply and a DCC Trust Agreement will be

required.

Fire Department:

1. Ensure adequate water is present and road access is in place as to
Fire Department Policy.
