SCHEDULE I

SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND VWSE:

The aforementioned properties shall be restricted to the following uses only in the approximate
location as illustrated on Schedule JI of this bylaw:

LOT:

The following uses permitted under the "Town Centre Commercial (C-4) Zone":

(a)
(b)
(c)
(d)

Retail stores.

Business and Professional Offices.

Cafes, restaurants and food take-out services (excluding drive-in restaurants)..

Commercial education and instruction services,

Health service ceritres.

Auditoriums, dance halls, night clubs and other entertainment establishments, excluding
arcades.

Apartment residential, subject to the following conditions:

Apartment use shall be limited exclusively to storys above the first story of a building.

No other use shall be permitted in the same storey for apartment use.

Aparnunent use shall be located within a building above all storys used for a permitted

commercial vse.

Apartment use shail be permitted only where all parking for such use is concealed
parking.

The location of the story or storys for apartment use shall be not leas than 6m. (19.68
ft.) from the front and exterior side lot lines; and 7.5in, (24.60 ft.) from the interior lot
line for a wall with a window to a living room and 4.5m. (14.76 ft.) from a wall with

a window to any other habitable room.
