The Engineer's estimate for the project was $539,179.00.

The low bidder Aggressive Roadbuilders have submited with their tender, a bid bond in the
amount of 10% of the tender, an undertaking of liability Insurance, and a consent of surety
form, The low bid was checked for accuracy and found to be correct. {np conclusion I would

recommend acceptance of Aggressive Roadbuilders tender in the amount of $469 402.31.
