The proposed development is quite attractive and appropriately designed for a highway location. Due to the limited depth of the property, the landscaped areas along the front are minimal. The developer is to compensate this with a higher standard of Landscaping, and should attempt to obtain permisaion from Ministry of Transportation and Highways to landscape part of the highway boulevard.
