Alternative landscaping requirements for properties fronting onto these two roads are to vary or supplement by development pexmit the requirements of Section (4){c)({ii). The alternatives are: 4) Seetion (4)(¢)(ii) of the M-1l Generali Industrial Regulations, or ii) Installation of a combination of trees and shrubs to a density of 1 tree per each 12 square meters of required front vard and 1 shrub per each § square meters of required front yard. Alternatives for landscaping properties fronting Mary Hill Bypass or Kingsway Road are: Compliance with Section 4(c)(ii) of the M-1, General Industrial Reguiations; or Provision of a combination of trees and shrubs at: a density of one tree for each 12 square metres of required front yard amd one shrub for each 5 square metres of required front yard.
