From the Director of Planning, dated August 21st, 1991 regarding the
Development Permit Application, 2680 Burleigh St., 2651-2665 Jane St.

Moved by Alderman Wright;

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
33/91 for 2680 Burleigh St. and 2651-2665 Jane St.
And That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document, when
completed, subject to:
a» Completion of Rezoning Application 28/90;
De Site plan to show revised road standards as required for fire access,
as requested by the Director of Building:
c. The applicant be advised that a complete Building Code review will be
done at the time of Building Permit application;
Provision of Municipal services and road accesses to the satisfaction
of the Municipal Engineer;
Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning:
Submission of a landscaping plan and securities for the landscaping
works to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
27/91; and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to Sign the document when
completed, subject to:

a) Completion of Rezoning Application 50/90;
b) Approval of a landscaping and outdoor recreation areas plans to
_ the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department: |
c) An appropriate intercom system to be provided at the eatrance of
the underground garage to facilitate access to the garage by
visitors.
