The applicant be advised that a complete Building Code review will be done at the time of Building Permit application; Provision of Municipal services and road accesses to the satisfaction of the Municipal Engineer; Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning: Submission of a landscaping plan and securities for the landscaping works to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department.
