SUBJECT: Canada Day Budget

RECOMMENDATION:
That the Canada Day budget be increaged by $13,075.00.

._BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

ie | The City has received the amount of $11,075.00 in unconditional donations which can be

used for any purpose Council desires. While the donations were accepted with no strings
attached the donors have recommended that the funds be used to support our Canada Day

celebrations.

In addition to the donations received the City has received a grant from the Secretary of
State in the amount of $2,000.00 to supplement local funding of our Canada Day
celebrations,
