Right of Way A triangular road dedication is required at the southwest corner Tuohey Avenue and Murchie Street measuring 54 feet by 24 feet by feet in size (totalling approximately 648 square feet in area). As alternate, a Park dedication as shown on the proposal plans would acceptable. Utilities Parks Department: The Parks Department is concerned that sufficient recreation Space be made available for seniors. The seniors building should include handicap units and the appropriate facilities for handicapped. Landscaping plans to be approved by the Parks and Recreation Department.
