THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2494

A Bylaw to authorize the adjustment of the boundaries of the Nature

Area dedicated pursuant to the terms of Bylaw Nos. 1214, 1281, 1393 and 1806.

The Municipal Council. of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Subdivision Plan of a Portion of Lot 325, Plan 49145 and of Lot 382
(except part subdivided by Plan 66659), Plan 60681, Sections 6 and 7,
Township 40, New Westminster District, prepared by Vernon C. Goudal,
British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated the 30th day of March, 1990
wherein Lots 1 and 2 are created is appraved and His Worship the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized to sign the said plan on behalf of the: City
and to affix the corporate seal thereto.

A copy of the subdivision plan referred to in Section 1 hereof is al:tached
hereto and made a part of this bylaw. .

The dedication as Nature Area of that part of Lot 325, Township 40, Plan
49145 shown included within the boundaries of Lot 1 on the subdivision
plan referred to in Sections 1 and 2 of this bylaw is renoved .

tot 2 of the subdivision plan referred to in Sections 1] and 2 hereof is.
dedicated as Nature Area in accord with the terms and conditions of use
specified in Bylaw Nos. 1214, 1281, 1393, and 1806 of the City.

Bylaw Nos. 1234, 1281, 1393, and 1806 of the City and the legal
descriptions and area extent of the lands described therein are deemed to
be amended as necessary in order that effect may be given to the terms of
this bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Nature Area Boundary
Adjustment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2494”.
