For us personally, this apartment is going to destroy any privacy we currently have in our own backyard. The proposed plans show not only roof decks, but two side decks which will face directly into our yard. Also, the alley which 1) ts the only access a number of homes and townhouses have into their driveways shows two driveways into it. 2) ‘Already has a problem with cars speeding through creating an enormous amount of dust during the drv months and great danger to our children all year round. ata . .
