Cyril Jose, 2016 Suffolk Avenue spoke regarding an existing parking
problem in this area and would like Council to require extra parking above and
beyond what the bylaw requires.

from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to M-3 (Clean Industrial).

The property is located at 1921 Broadway would permit the property to be
developed and used for industrial use.

A letter was received from Jack Christopher, 1761 Langan Avenue
expressing concern regarding increased traffic on Langan Avenue along with a
request fer the City Planner to investigate the possibility of making Langan
Avenue a dead end street or a cul-de-sac to act as a buffer between
residential and industrial lands.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
