SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 7/89
for 1252 Kensington Place.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of February 9th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit
be issued to authorize construction of a deck foundation encroaching 0.16
metres into the rear yard setback, Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 801, Large
Lot Residential, Subsection (7) Rear Yard Setback for Lot 102, D.L. 341, NWLD
Plan 75512.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
Fevruary 20th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of March 13th, 1989.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development
Variance Permit should be issued.
