1989 COQUITLAH/PORT COQUITLAM CRIME PREVENTION COMMITTEE Vicrild SERVICES OBJECTIVE To help reduce the traumatization of persons criminally victimized in our community by recruiting, training and supervising volunteers who deliver direct services. To increase awareness of the effects of trauma- tization and the services offered by our unit. APPLICATION The objective is met through 24 hour crisis and non-crisis strategies of service delivery. Services include information, short-term counselling, referrals and a variety of other services.
