To remove the designation of "Residential 2" shown on Schedule "B" of the
NnOFFicial Community Plan Byiaw, 1986, No. 2162" as aoolying To:

Proposed Lot 1 as shown on a Topographical Plan of 8 Portion of
Block "A", District Lots 174 and 289, Group 1, Pian 5917, New
Westminster District, prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates,
British Columbia Land Surveyor, bearing Drawing Number C-3840-87
and dated February 23rd, 1987.

and to apply the designation "Apartment I".

A copy of the oronosed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. +o
4:30 DaMe, ON regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public

Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986,
No. 2162" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and pians
referring specifically To the purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:
At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in proverty is affected by The

proposed bylaw will be attorded an opportunity to be heard or to oresent written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
