Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: That the firm of Carlberg Jackson Partners be retained by the City of Port Coquitlam to do the Hyde Creek Centre Feasibility Expansion Study ; That the upset fee for the study be $8,500.; AND THAT the $8,500. be taken from the Parks Reserve Fund.
