That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot 47, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 26362, New
Westminster District, from RS—1 (Single Family Residential) to P-2
(Special Instituitional).

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution
Alderman Laking suggested referral to the Planning & Zoning Committee.

memorandum regarding Rezoning Application R24/85 for property addressed

Consultant - Hyde Creek Centre Feasibility Expanston Study.

That the firm of Carlberg Jackson Partners be retained by the City
of Port Coquitlam to do the Hyde Creek Centre Feasibility Expansion
Study ;

That the upset fee for the study be $8,500.;
AND THAT the $8,500. be taken from the Parks Reserve Fund.

That all charges for room rentals be waiveu;
