November 24th, 1980, A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on November 24th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger and L.M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Offdieer LP. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Laking advised the meeting the following Zoning Publie Hearings proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, B/L, 1769 = 768 Haber, 820 1979, No, 1651" would now be considered, Huber & 4025 Cedar Dr. By-law No. 1789: To rezone Lot 123, South Bast Quarter, Seetion 7, Township 40, Plan 20558, New Westminster District; Block "ER", North fast Quarter, of the South East Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 16682 EXCEPT Parts Subdivided by Plans 75992 and 26558, New Westminster Distriets and Lot 122, South Fast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 25992, New Weatminaster District from RB-2 to R-1, The Gity Planner then explained the proposed resoning atating that the property is Jecated at 768 Huber Drive, 820 Nuber Drive, and 4025 Cedar Drive and it is expeeted that a reerubdivision of the properly will be undertakers following completion of the reszondng procedures to ereate approximately seventeen dndividual lots on whieh singte family residences wil] be constructed, No one was present co comment on the proposed rezoning.
