LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 12 of Lot 1, Block B, District Lot 479, Plan 18105. BACKGROUND: The property in question is approximately 120 feet deep by 88 feet wide and is situated in a residential neigh- bourhood of mixed uses and mixed lot sizes (see attached sketch). The rezoning of this property to RS-1A to permit the creation of two 44 foot lots therefore does not alter the predominant character of the neighbourhood. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends that this rezoning application be advanced to Public Hearing. Le a City Planner.
