That third reading of By-law No. 1468 as given on the 18th day of
October, 1976, be rescinded;

That Section 1 of By-law No. 1468 be amended:

i. by striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-
law, 1969, No. 918" and substituting therefore the title "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498";

ii. by striking out the Zone Designation of "RM-1 (Low-Density
Apartment Residential)" and substituting therefore the Zone Designation
"RM-1 (Multiple Family Residential)";

That Section 2 of By-law No. 1468 be amended by striking out the
title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment
By-law, 1976, No. 1468" and substituting therefore the title "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment By-law, 1977,
No. 1468";

AND THAT By-law No. 1468, as anended, be read a third time.

From the Planning & Zoning Committee, March 2nd, 1977, recommending
that Application SS#1-77 to convert to strata title, an existing conforming
duplex, located on Property at 3808 Inverness and 835 Essex, and legally
described as Lot 19, Block F, South-East Quarter Section 7, Township 40,
Plan 19738, New Westminster District, be approved subject to the usual
requirements for such conversion.

That as recommended in a report from the Planning & Zoning Committee,
March 2nd, 1977, Application SS#1-77 to convert to strata title, an exist-
ing conforming duplex located on property at 3808 Inverness and 835 Essex,
and legally described as Lot 19, Block F, South-East Quarter Section 7,
Township 40, Plan 19738, New Westminster District, be approved subject to
the usual requirements for such conversion. Carried.

From the Planning Officer, March 2nd, 1977, advising that with
respect to the Industrial project of Clar-For Holdings Ltd. on McLean
Avenue and Brown Street to be undertaken by way of a Land Use Contract
using M-3 (Special Industrial) zoning regulations as development guidelines,
the Planning Department has recently received building plans for the two
westerly parcels.
