ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City by Soee

Coquitiam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, May 16th, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed
By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1534: to rezone Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 23,

District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2240, New Westminster
District from RM-1l (Low-Density Apartment Residential) to

RM-3 (Intermediate—Density Apartment Residential)

This property is located at the North-west corner of Manning

Avenue and Cambridge Street and it is expected that a six

unit row-housing project will be developed on the property

following completion of the rezoning procedures,

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. —- on working days - from May

5th to May 16th, 1977.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
