. The Orchard Valleu Estates Strata Counckl has anvacached the
Leisure Activities Committee with a request te buted an adventure nlaugnound on
the city ct adjacent to their comlex (2598 Atiins Ave.) The committee mate te
the ‘owner of the duplex Lot adjacent ta 2398 Athins Avenue askéna 44 then had any
objections to the proposed playground, As the committee has received no obfections
from the owner, the following recommendations ane made for Couned?'s censtdenation:

That the city cwned Cot at 239% Atkins Avenue be considered a citi vash,

That the Citu of Port Coquitlam construct thaee vieaes ef adventune rPagareund

equipment on the fot.

That the Onchand Valle Strata Councét give the etty $809.90 to cover the cost

of the equirment.
