Mc. R.A. Freeman October 22nd, 1975. Denny's Investments Limited submits that there is no prejudice to the municipality in transferring the sinall strip of property. Of course, as already discussed, there is a great prejudice to the registered owner if a transfer cannot be arranged, since the registered owner cannot arrange for a C.M.H.C. insured mortgage a any other kind of mortgage against the property without the aforesaid transfer. In this regard, the registered owner is pre- pared to pay any necessary survey costs etc., and rea-~- sonable fair market value for this approximate ten foot strip of land. As discussed with yourself, your city engineer, Mr. V. Borch, will have to be involved in this application and we would sincerely appreciate if you could act on this matter as quickly as possible. Please be assured that the registered owner will co-operate in any manner necessary to expedite the transfer. Please advise as to whether the attendance of the registered owner will be required at the meeting of the municipal council to consider this application. If there are any questions in regards the fore- going, please do not hesitate to contact the writer immediately. Thank you for your consideration of the foregoing.
