C. on Monday, December 9th, 1974, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-laws to authorize issuance of Land Use Contracts: 1. By~law No. 1346: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Oceanshores Developments Ltd., 1313 West Pender Street, Vancouver, B.C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 7" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part, of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 7 shall extend to~*and shall regulate the development and use of lands described as: ’ _ i. The above property is located at 2351 Wilson Avenue, 2369, 2381, 2385, and 2389 Bury Street, and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 7 will permit the land, buildings, and structures located or to be located thereat to be used for certain uses permitted in the RM-2 (Medium-Density Apartment Residential) Zones as set out in Section 4 of the said Land Use Contract No. 7 in order to permit the construction of a 43-suite apartment building and various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Contract concerning the subdivision of the property, the size, shape and siting of buildings and structures and various other matters. 2. C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 8" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By~law and the said Land Use Contract No. 8 shall extend to and shall reguiate the development and use of lands described as: Lot Eight (8), Block "A" of District Lots Three Hundred Eighty-two (382) and Two Hundred Eighty-eight (288), Group One.(1) and of Sections Seven (7) and Eighteen (18) Block Six North (B6N), Range One East (RIE), Plan 10150, New Westminster District. The above-noted property is located at 1545 Kingsway Aveaue and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 8 will permit the subdivision of the property into two separate parcels of land, one containing 1.52 acres and the other containing 8.16 acres, notwithstanding the provisions of the “City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By~law, 1970, No. 992". 3.
